▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing regenerated silk fibroin hydrogel with graphene oxide comprises mixing 1.0-10.0 wt % salt and 10-98 wt% formic acid, obtaining liquid A, dissolving degumming silk in liquid A, obtaining regenerated silk fibroin solution, mixing regenerated silk fibroin solution and graphene oxide dispersion in the mass ratio of 7.5-.5:2.5-0.5, stirring for 3-10 minutes, obtaining liquid B, placing liquid B in a constant-temperature constant-humidity box at 30-50 degrees C, humidity of 60-70 RH, and obtaining regenerated silk fibroin hydrogel with graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing regenerated silk fibroin hydrogel with graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces damage to molecular structure of silk fibroin; and is simple. The hydrogel has high mechanical property.
