NOVELTY - Biosensor comprises graphene oxide and fluorescently labeled nucleic acid probe coupled by non-covalent bond. The graphene oxide is carrier. The fluorescently labeled nucleic acid probe is complementary strand sequence of SSeC gene sequence. USE - Biosensor used for detecting Salmonella typhimurium (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor is simple and precise with high sensitivity and good specificity.
