▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The film has a carbon nanotube with a transparent conduction layer formed on a surface of a substrate, where the carbon nanotube is selected from one of single-walled carbon nanotube, double-walled carbon nanotube, and the multi-walled carbon nanotube. The carbon nanotube is coated with graphene oxide, where size of the graphene oxide is 5-10 nanometer. The carbon nanotube is acid-treated with pure water to peel off oxidation graphite, where the substrate is made of glass, silicon or plastic. USE - Graphene oxide nanosheet based conductivity enhanced carbon nanotube film. ADVANTAGE - The film has improved conductivity due to surface roughness and wettability.
