▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cubic boron nitride intercalation graphene non-metallic material obtained by adopting layered material made of cubic boron nitride and graphene nano-sheets with a mass ratio of 1: 0.2-0.5 as raw materials. USE - The product is useful for surface treatment of stainless steel and other metals. ADVANTAGE - The product has high hardness and resistance to damage, low damage rate, and high recovery rate. The method can realize the high roughness surface treatment of stainless steel for ships and reduces the problems of galvanic corrosion caused by metal abrasives. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing cubic boron nitride intercalated graphene non-metallic materials comprising (1) dissolving 10 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets and 5-20 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in 800-1500 pts. wt. deionized water, and adding 20-50 pts. wt. cubic boron nitride and 20-50 pts. wt. strong alkali, continuing the reaction for a certain period of time, filtering and drying to obtain a solid mixture A, (2) adding 10 g mixture material A to 2-20 ml N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing uniformly, adding in a ball mill tank, filling with protective nitrogen gas, and rotating at room temperature and pressure to obtain mixed powder B, (3) washing and filtering the mixed powder B with ethanol and deionized water in sequence, and drying to obtain cubic boron nitride intercalated graphene (Gr-CBN), and (4) sintering the cubic boron nitride intercalated graphene at a temperature of 400-800 degrees C to obtain the cubic boron nitride intercalated graphene non-metallic material.
