NOVELTY - Preparing flexible self-supporting metal oxide/graphene nano-composition film, comprises e.g. (i) dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent into solution with metal salt uniformly, adding de-ionized water and stirring, obtaining the dispersion of graphene oxide and metal salt; (ii) transferring the product obtained in the step (i) to the hydrothermal reaction kettle, carrying out hydro-thermal reaction at 100-140 degrees C for 0.5-12 hours, cooling naturally, obtaining hydrothermal product of metal oxide/graphene nano composition film; and (iii) carrying out vacuum filtration of the product. USE - The flexible self-supporting metal oxide/graphene nano-composition film is useful for electronic devices, lithium ion battery and electrochemical super capacitor in energy storage (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing flexible self-supporting metal oxide/graphene nano-composition film, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent into solution with metal salt uniformly, adding de-ionized water and stirring, obtaining the dispersion of graphene oxide and metal salt; (ii) transferring the product obtained in the step (i) to the hydrothermal reaction kettle, carrying out hydro-thermal reaction at 100-140 degrees C for 0.5-12 hours, cooling naturally, obtaining hydrothermal product of metal oxide/graphene nano composition film; (iii) carrying out vacuum filtration of the product obtained in the step (ii), washing, and drying to obtain metal oxide/graphene nano composition filter membrane; and (iv) dissolving metal oxide/graphene nano-composition film obtained in the step (iii) in organic solvent.
