NOVELTY - Preparing concentrated graphene oxide solution comprises forming negatively charged graphene oxide on the graphene oxide surface in the graphene oxide aqueous solution, and colloidizing the negatively charged graphene oxide aqueous solution using metal salts to form metal-doped graphene oxide colloid, concentrating the metal-doped graphene oxide colloid and separating to obtain metal-doped graphene oxide aqueous solution as final product. USE - The graphene oxide solution is useful for preparing thermal conducting film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide solution: solves the problem that the concentration of graphene oxide in the prior art is low and difficult to increase; reduces the energy consumption of later water treatment; greatly improves the longitudinal thermal conductivity of the thermally conductive film; and produces thermal conductive film with high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermal conducting film using the concentrated graphene oxide solution, comprising coating the concentrated graphite oxide solution on substrate, drying the substrate coated with the concentrated graphene oxide solution in an oven, and stripping to obtain metal graphene oxide film, graphitizing the metal graphene oxide film at 1500-2300 degrees C, and calendering to obtain final product.
