▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An antibacterial polyethylene (PE) composite material comprises 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene microsheet, 95-98.5 pts. wt. PE resin, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - Antibacterial polyethylene composite material for water pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Material has good antibacterial properties and avoids propagation of bacteria. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of antibacterial polyethylene (PE) composite material which involves stirring raw materials in high-speed mixer for 5-20 minutes, placing mixture in twin screw extruder, extruding by melting and pelleting in which 1st area temperature is 130-160 degrees C, 2nd area temperature is 140-160 degrees C, 3rd area temperature is 145-165 degrees C, 4th area temperature is 150-165 degrees C, 5th temperature is 140-150 degrees C, 6th area temperature is 140-150 degrees C, 7th area temperature is 130-140 degrees C, machine head temperature is 140 degrees C, rotating speed 430-500 rpm, and feeding speed is 30-35 rpm; and (2) water pipe comprising PE outer wall and antibacterial inner wall which is formed by co-extruding with speed of 15 m/minute, cutting, shaping, and cooling.
