▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flexible transparent electroconductive graphene thin-film comprises a glass substrate, a graphene layer provided in front side of the glass substrate, and a toughening layer provided on opposite side of the glass substrate. The toughening layer comprises cyclohexanone layer, and polyimide layer provided on cyclohexanone layer. The thickness of glass substrate is 50-200 mu m. The thickness of graphene layer is 100-2000 nm. The thickness of cyclohexanone layer is 2-10 mu m. The thickness of polyimide layer is 100-500 nm. USE - Flexible transparent electroconductive graphene thin-film is used for solar cell device and organic light-emitting diode device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible transparent electroconductive graphene thin-film has excellent light transmittance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flexible transparent electroconductive graphene thin-film, which involves depositing graphene layer on glass substrate, providing cyclohexanone layer on other side of glass substrate, heating, and forming polyamic acid layer using pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether on cyclohexanone layer, dehydrating and drying to form polyimide layer.
