NOVELTY - Preparing silane-modified graphene oxide-phenolic aerogel material involves weighing out graphene oxide in alcohol-water mixed solution, adding silane modification reagent, and adjusting system to alkaline, reacting at 40-90 degrees C for 12-36 hours, centrifugation and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, stirring and dissolving the phenolic resin in alcohol solvent. The silane-modified graphene oxide is added, uniformly dispersed it with ultrasound. The curing agent is added, and continue to stirred and dissolved to obtain composite sol, after composite sol is sealed. The sol-gel reaction is performed by heating to obtain a composite wet gel. The composite wet gel is dried under normal pressure drying conditions to obtain silane-modified graphene oxide-phenolic aerogel material. USE - Method for preparing silane-modified graphene oxide-phenolic aerogel material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silane-modified graphene oxide-phenolic aerogel material that enhances interface matching between graphene oxide and phenolic resin and improves mechanical properties of phenolic aerogel.
