NOVELTY - A polyurethane absorbing porous material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 30-60 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 0.05-0.4 pt. wt. nano-carbon sol, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. nano-silica, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-25 pts. wt. dimethyl methylphosphonate, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. iron oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc borate, 0.02-0.4 pt. wt. stannous octoate, 0.03-0.6 pt. wt. triethylenediamine, 0.2-3 pts. wt. silicone surfactant and 2-8 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate. USE - Polyurethane absorbing porous material. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane absorbing porous material is non-toxic and has enhanced flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polyurethane absorbing porous material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 30-60 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 0.05-0.4 pt. wt. nano-carbon sol, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. nano-silica, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-25 pts. wt. dimethyl methylphosphonate, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. iron oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc borate, 0.02-0.4 pt. wt. stannous octoate, 0.03-0.6 pt. wt. triethylenediamine, 0.2-3 pts. wt. silicone surfactant and 2-8 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate. The hydroxyl value of polyether polyol is 30-60 mg potassium hydroxide/g. The isocyanate index of toluene diisocyanate is 0.60-1.15. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of polyurethane absorbing porous material, which involves mixing polyether polyol, dimethyl methylphosphonate, nano-carbon sol, nano-white carbon black, iron oxide, zinc borate, stannous octoate, triethylenediamine, deionized water and silicone surfactant at room temperature to obtain mixture (A) and ultrasonically reacting mixture (A), adding toluene diisocyanate and ultrasonically reacting for 5-10 minutes, adding carboxyl carbon nanotubes and sodium bicarbonate, quickly pouring into mold for foaming at room temperature for 30-90 minutes to obtain absorbing material gel and freeze-drying the obtained material.
