▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing air sterilization filter core material involves weighing 42-54 wt.% glycerin, 15-27 wt.% malonic acid, 8-10 wt.% graphene, 5-8 wt.% catalyst, 6-9 wt.% surfactant, 7-9 wt.% silane coupling agent, to 100 wt.% total amount of components, dispersing graphene, glycerin and malonic acid in an organic solvent, then adding a catalyst, surfactant and silane coupling agent, mixing, and reacting in a nitrogen atmosphere at 70-120 degrees C temperature for 3-5 hours to obtain the polymer emulsion, spinning, spraying spinneret directly into distilled water, drying the fiber and boiling water cooking pretreatment, placing the treated fiber in activation solution, performing activation reaction under stirring in ultrasonic conditions, taking out, washing with distilled water, drying, placing the treated fiber in a high poly iodide solid carrier solution, performing a fixed reaction of high poly iodide ion under stirring in ultrasonic conditions, removing, and drying it to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing air sterilization filter core material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides air disinfection filter core material, which solves the current poor disinfection effect of disinfection filter cores in air disinfection, residual pollution, strong corrosion, high disinfection cost or expensive disinfection equipment cost, complicated use process, etc., and can provide a new material and technology for air sterilization of confined spaces in public places under the presence of people.
