▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible substrate (1), an intermediate sensing layer (2) and external lead (3). The flexible substrate includes an upper flexible substrate and a lower flexible substrate. Both ends of the middle sensing layer are connected with external lead. The flexible substrate is ECOFLEX material. The intermediate sensing layer is a graphene conductive polymer film modified by a bionic micro-nano structure. Both ends of the graphene conductive polymer film are respectively bonded to the soft copper-clad organic polymer material film, and conductive silver paste is used for the bonded portions. USE - Graphene flexible pressure sensor with bionic micro-nano structure for physiological condition detection, medical diagnosis and flexible wearable electronic field used in scientific research. ADVANTAGE - The flexible pressure sensor is simple in preparation method, high in economic benefit, strong in liquid resistance, capable of realizing pressure response test with high sensitivity and stability, and has excellent hydrophobic, antiserum and antiperspirant performance.
