▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Photoresin comprises a solvent, a photoinitiator, a crosslinkable polymer precursor, and a precursor for graphene, metal oxide or metal chalcogenide. USE - The photoresin is useful for projection micro stereolithography and architected three-dimensional aerogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The architected three-dimensional aerogel has a BET surface area of at least 100 m2/g, Young's modulus of at least 10 MPa, thickness of at least 1 mm and electrical conductivity of at least 10 S/m. The graphene aerogel exhibits improved mechanical strength beyond most bulk stochastic graphene assemblies while maintaining the large surface area of single graphene sheets. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for architected three-dimensional aerogel produced by (a) curing the photoresin using projection microstereolithography layer-by-layer to produce a wet gel having a pre-designed three dimensional structure, (b) drying the wet gel to produce a dry gel and (c) pyrolyzing the dry gel to produce the architected three-dimensional aerogel.
