▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of hollow spherical composite material involves weighing anhydrous ethanol, deionized water, 25-28% aqueous ammonia and tetraethyl orthosilicate and then centrifuging, adding 100-120 ml or 3-4 %mass dimethylformamide and then dispersing in anhydrous ethanol solution, adding tetrabutyl titanate and then dispersing in 1-1.2 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, grinding titanium dioxide hollow ball, adding 0.25-4 mg graphene oxide and then dispersing in 30-50 ml ethanol, performing solvothermal reaction at 160-200 degrees C for 5-8 hours and then washing using water and anhydrous ethanol and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparation of hollow spherical composite material, which is useful as photoanode material for dye-sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of hollow spherical composite material with excellent photoelectric conversion performance.
