NOVELTY - Acrylic plate comprises 7 wt.% trimethyl citrate, 2 wt.% chloromethyl acetate, 2 wt.% polystyrene resin, 3 wt.% nano calcium carbonate, 0.8 wt.% nano graphene, 10 wt.% nano silicon carbide, 1 wt.% maleic anhydride, 1 wt.% trimethoxysilane, 18 wt.% silicone resin, 7 wt.% benzophenone, 9 wt.% benzotriazole, 100 wt.% acrylic resin monomer, the acrylic resin monomer is composed of a mixture of polycarbonate resin and polymethyl methacrylate of ratio 1:5-6. USE - Used as acrylic plate. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and reasonable; greatly improves the anti-aging performance of the acrylic plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing acrylic plate comprising (1) adding trimethyl citrate, methyl acetate, polystyrene resin, acrylic resin monomer into the reaction kettle, heating at 100 degrees C, lifting the pressure to 2.5 MPa, stirring for 3 hours and taking out to obtain acrylic molding plastic, (2) adding nano calcium carbonate, nano graphene, nano silicon carbide, maleic anhydride, trimethoxy silane, organo silicone resin, benzophenone, benzotriazole into the reaction kettle at 160 degrees C and pressure of 6 MPa, continuously stirring for 2 hours to the extruder to extrude, (3) grinding and polishing the extruded acrylic plate after cooling, (4) conveying the surface of the processed acrylic plate to the paper adhering machine, using the roller extruding method, when outputting, passing through the accelerating adhesion device, flatly adhering the paster on the acrylic plate and (5) packaging and warehousing the acrylic plate processed in the step (4).
