NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene glass involves (i) preparing graphene oxide by a Hummers method and configuring into a 15-25 g/l graphene oxide solution, (ii) performing surface modification of glass by performing a surface treatment with glass as a substrate, soaking in a coupling agent solution, heating at 50-70 degrees C, reacting for 1-2 hours and taking out the modified glass, (iii) preparing graphene oxide glass by soaking the modified glass in the graphene oxide solution, heating at 70-90 degrees C, reacting for 1-3 hours, taking out, washing the surface with water and drying to obtain graphene oxide glass and (iv) preparing the graphene glass by soaking the graphene oxide glass in a solution containing aqueous ammonia and hydrazine hydrate, heating at 95-100 degrees C, reacting for 1-3 hours, taking out, washing with water and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene glass used in electrically conductive and thermally conductive materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is a simple and convenient chemical method and provides the graphene glass with excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity and thickness of 1-100 atomic layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene glass prepared by the method, where the graphene glass is composed of the glass substrate and graphene on the glass substrate.
