NOVELTY - Preparing conductive foaming polypropylene bead comprises e.g. mixing polyethylene powder, graphene microchip and silane coupling agent, diluent, ultrasonic dispersing, blending, stirring and refluxing to obtain graphene masterbatch, kneading polypropylene resin, nucleating agent, lubricant, antioxidant and graphene masterbatch, extruding, drawing and granulating by an extruder to obtain foamed polypropylene masterbatch, then introducing the foamed polypropylene masterbatch obtained into reaction kettle and water using as the dispersion medium, heating and pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive foaming polypropylene bead (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive foaming polypropylene bead has excellent mechanical performance and stable conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conductive foaming polypropylene bead comprises (i) mixing polyethylene powder, graphene microchip and silane coupling agent, diluent, ultrasonic dispersing, blending, stirring, heating and refluxing to obtain waxy graphene masterbatch, (ii) kneading polypropylene resin, nucleating agent, lubricant, antioxidant and graphene masterbatch obtained in step (i), extruding, drawing and granulating by an extruder to obtain foamed polypropylene masterbatch, (iii) introducing the foamed polypropylene masterbatch obtained in step (ii) into a reaction kettle and water using as the dispersion medium, heating and pressing, expanded polypropylene particles produce outward expansion pressure, through the relief valve instantly releasing to atmospheric pressure environment to obtain final product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene masterbatch comprising 89-100 pts. wt. polyethylene powder, 45-120 pts. wt. graphene microchip, 0.2-12 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 5-200 pts. wt. diluent; and (2) the conductive foaming polypropylene bead comprising 87.5-91.5 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 7-13 pts. wt. graphene masterbatch.
