▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/carbon composite material has specific surface area of 2500-3300 m2/g, conductivity of 40-135 S/cm, capacity retention rate of 70-80% at 8 A/g and specific capacity of 280-410 F/g in 1 M triethylamine tetraborofluorate electrolyte at charging voltage of 2.5 V and current density of 0.2 A/g. USE - Graphene/carbon composite material is used for capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/carbon composite material has high specific surface area, conductivity, specific capacity and rate capacity, and can be prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/carbon composite material, which involves mixing 100 g mixed transition metal salt solution and charcoal, drying the resultant mixture, reducing under carbon gas source, naturally cooling to room temperature and purifying. The mixed transition metal salt solution is obtained by dissolving transition metal salt (a) and transition metal salt (b) in deionized water.
