NOVELTY - A continuous carbon fiber winding composite reinforced polyethylene gas pipe comprises polyethylene gas pipe component comprising pressure-resistant layer and inner lining layer. The pressure-resistant layer comprises 94.5-95 %mass polyethylene resin, and 5-5.5 %mass graphene functional masterbatch. The inner lining layer comprises 94.5-95.5 %mass block copolymer polypropylene, and 4.5-5.5 %mass graphene functional masterbatch. The polyethylene gas pipe is obtained by using surface synergist and hyperdispersant to perform surface treatment on graphene, drying, mixing polyethylene resin, pretreated nano graphene, lubricant, light stabilizer, antioxidant and processing additive, extruding, adding raw materials of pressure-resistant layer and inner lining layer into the co-extrusion mold, performing co-extrusion molding, applying adhesive glue on surface of the gas pipe component, and using carbon fiber layer winding device to adjust the position of the transmission wheel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A continuous carbon fiber winding composite reinforced polyethylene gas pipe comprises polyethylene gas pipe component comprising pressure-resistant layer and inner lining layer arranged inside the pressure-resistant layer. The outer surface of the polyethylene gas pipe component is evenly wound with a carbon fiber layer. The pressure-resistant layer comprises 94.5-95 %mass polyethylene resin, and 5-5.5 %mass graphene functional masterbatch. The inner lining layer comprises 94.5-95.5 %mass block copolymer polypropylene, and 4.5-5.5 %mass graphene functional masterbatch. The continuous carbon fiber winding composite reinforced polyethylene gas pipe is obtained by using surface synergist and hyperdispersant to perform surface treatment on graphene in an atomized spray mode, drying, mixing polyethylene resin, pretreated nano graphene, lubricant, light stabilizer, antioxidant and processing additive at 150-165 degrees C, extruding, pelletizing at 185-195 degrees C to obtain graphene functional masterbatch, using a two-layer co-extrusion mold, adding raw materials of pressure-resistant layer and inner lining layer into the co-extrusion mold, performing compound extrusion molding at 190-220 degrees C to obtain polyethylene gas pipe component, uniformly applying adhesive glue on the outer surface of the gas pipe component, and using the carbon fiber layer winding device to adjust the position of the transmission wheel by adjusting the cylinder. The gas pipe component is clamped by the four transmission wheels, motor (M2) drives the four transmission wheels to move in one direction at the same time through the transmission and drives the gas pipe component to rotate, motor (M1) drives the screw to rotate, and carbon fiber material box on the top plate which slowly moves to the side of the motor (M1) under the rotation of the lead screw. The carbon fiber layer is evenly wrapped on the outer surface of the gas pipe component.
