NOVELTY - A graphene polyacrylate acrylonitrile friction-reducing composite coating is prepared by cleaning substrate, drying by nitrogen blowing, where if substrate is metal material, petroleum ether and n-hexane is used for cleaning and if substrate is semiconductor material, acetone and ethanol is used for cleaning, adding oxidized graphite and ethanol, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain 0.1-2 g/L graphene oxide dispersion, and adding surface modifying agent to modify surface of graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of graphene polyacrylate acrylonitrile friction-reducing composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation process is simple and has low cost. Product has good corrosion resistance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene polyacrylate acrylonitrile friction-reducing composite coating is prepared by cleaning substrate, drying by nitrogen blowing, where if substrate is metal material, petroleum ether and n-hexane is used for cleaning and if substrate is semiconductor material, acetone and ethanol is used for cleaning, adding oxidized graphite and ethanol, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain 0.1-2 g/L graphene oxide dispersion, adding surface modifying agent to modify surface of graphene oxide in which volume concentration of surface modifying agent and graphene oxide dispersion is 0.1-4 ml/L, adding hydrazine hydrate at 90 degrees C for 4 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain graphene, dissolving acrylate in chloroform solvent to obtain 5 g/L acrylate solution, dissolving acrylonitrile in dimethylformamide to obtain 5 g/L acrylonitrile solution, mixing acrylate solution:acrylonitrile solution with ratio of 1:5-20, adding 0.1-1 g/L graphene to obtain graphene polyacrylate acrylonitrile, uniformly coating on surface of substrate, curing, placing in drying dish, and naturally cooling.
