NOVELTY - The structure has a glass window fixed on a window sill building wall body. A window sill base layer is fixedly arranged on the surface of window sill wall body and located on the inner side of glass window. A heating metal window sill is fixed on the surface of window sill base layer and propped against the indoor side of glass window. The heating metal window sill is provided with a bottom plate for fixedly connecting with the window sill base layer. A graphene electric heating film is paved on the top surface of bottom plate. A metal plate is covered on the bottom plate and graphene electrical heating film, where the cross section of window sill base layer is L-shaped, and the bottom plate is a cement bottom plate. The metal plate is made of aluminum alloy plate or stainless steel plate. USE - The structure is useful in building and factory. ADVANTAGE - The structure: solves the problem of indoor environment pollution caused by condensed water from indoor glass window; realizes smart heat preservation and heating effect of indoor window sill to enhance user's comfort experience; electrifies graphene electric heating film to heat and transfer temperature to metal plate; evaporates and dissipates condensed water on glass window; does not flow on window surface; evaporates condensed water on surface of metal plate; prevents window surface area water; protects graphene electro-thermal film; and stabilizes the stability and firmness of whole heating metal window, so that it is convenient to install.
