NOVELTY - Preparation of porous composite involves adding 20 mg graphene oxide to 20 ml deionized water, stirring the mixture in a 25 degrees C degrees C water bath, ultrasonically processing for 6 hours, ultrasonically dispersing 2 g acrylamide in 10 ml graphene oxide dispersion, stirring for 30 minutes to form a clear solution, adding 1.5 mg N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, stirring the mixture continuously introducing nitrogen for 15 minutes, raising the temperature to 45-50 degrees C, quickly adding 80 mg ammonium persulfate, raising the temperature to 60 degrees C, reacting for 3 hours, reducing the reaction system to room temperature, washing the sample with distilled water to neutral to obtain polyacrylamide/graphene oxide composite, and freeze-drying the composite. USE - Preparation of porous composite for absorbing calcium-magnesium ions. ADVANTAGE - The process produces the porous composite using easily available raw materials under mild reaction conditions by an easy to operate and control process, and is suitable for industrial production. The composite can be separated and removed easily after the absorption process.
