USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified fine denier fiber, which is useful in textile fibers, cotton, hemp, wool and silk. ADVANTAGE - The negative ion heating graphene modified fine denier fiber has excellent mechanical property, and high bonding strength to the low content of graphene, and wrapping strength. The fiber surface is provided with many holes, ensuring that the tourmaline powder powder is uniformly distributed on the fiber surface, and ensures that the fiber has uniform internal stress to obtain loose and stable obtain structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of the negative ion heating graphene modified fine denier fiber comprises: (1) dipping the cotton linter, sequentially, crushing, room temperature alkalization treatment for 1-2 hours, adding carbon disulfide, reacting for 5-10 hours at 40-60℃ to obtain the cellulose solution; (2) adding urea into the cellulose solution and stirring uniformly, under stirring state, dropping graphene oxide aqueous solution, continuously stirring for 20-40 seconds, adding epoxy chloropropane and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours, adding water-soluble polyethylene glycol solution and stirring uniformly to obtain spinning raw liquid; (3) filtering the spinning raw liquid sequentially defoaming, adding temperature is 40-60°C of spinning bath spinning forming to obtain the cellulose fiber; (4) soaking the cellulose fiber in the ascorbic acid solution, ultrasonically processing for 4-10 hours at 50-60 ℃, the ultrasonic frequency is 5-10 kHz, taking out and sequentially desulfurizing, water washing, drafting to obtain fine denier fiber blank; (5) soaking the fine denier fiber blank into the tourmaline slurry, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours, taking out, washing by water, oiling, and bleaching. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for negative ion heating graphene modified fine denier fiber.
