▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-ultraviolet graphene coating comprises a porous graphene nanometer sheet with a pore size of 5-20 nm and a lateral dimension of 15-80 nm. The porous graphene nanosheets are interlaced with each other to form an anti-ultraviolet graphene coating with a multi-level pore structure with a pore diameter of 20-100 nm and a thickness of 100-200 nm. USE - Anti-ultraviolet graphene coating used for multi-stage hole structure. ADVANTAGE - The anti-ultraviolet graphene coating has obvious shielding effect to the ultraviolet rays. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene anti-ultraviolet material, which involves: (A) adding the porous graphene nano-sheet and sodium bicarbonate in 1:2-4 mass ratio to the dispersing solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain the 30-40 wt.% graphene of dispersion; (B) using polystyrene or polyaniline to modify the surface of the substrate to be coated, and then dipping the modified substrate in the dispersion, then slowly dripping diluted hydrochloric acid into the dispersion and taking out the base material once the surface of the substrate self-assembling layer of aperture is 20-100 nm and anti-ultraviolet graphene coating has thickness of 100-200 nm multi-level hole structure; and (C) using de-ionized water to clean the surface of the substrate, and then drying to obtain the graphene anti-ultraviolet material.
