▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive material comprises 5-50 wt.% aqueous epoxy resin, 20-80 wt.% cement, 1-20 wt.% conductive filler and 10-50 wt.% water. USE - The conductive material is useful in cement-based sensor for monitoring existing building strain (claimed) and in integrated circuit, optoelectronic, discrete device and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The conductive material: has high signal-to-noise ratio, small relaxation phenomenon, stable monitoring performance, simple paving process and high bonding strength with the building substrate, good economic benefit and long-term social benefit; and can be paved on any abnormal structure surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Preparing conductive material coating, comprising (i) stirring and mixing the aqueous epoxy resin, conductive filler and water uniformly according to the proportion to form slurry; (ii) adding the slurry into the cement according to the proportion and stirring uniformly to form slurry; and (iii) scraping or spraying the slurry on the existing building structure surface hardening to form cement-based conductive material coating after curing; (2) Conductive material coating, prepared by preparing a conductive material coating; and (3) Cement-based sensor comprises the conductive material or conductive material coating, conductive electrodes mounted on the surface of the existing building structure in the coated area.
