▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of diamond comprises preparing base coating powder comprising 27-30 wt.% iron, 6-10 wt.% cobalt, 1-2 wt.% manganese, 1-2 wt.% zinc, 2-3 wt.% titanium, 2-3 wt.% molybdenum, 6-15 wt.% graphite powder and balance nickel, mixing 400-600 mesh base coating raw materials, pressing mixed powder to obtain pre-sintered block under protection of hydrogen, crushing, and high-energy ball milling to obtain 50-2000 nm powder; preparing graphene composite coating powder; and selecting 300-400 mesh single crystal diamond particles as seeds, spraying spray slurry comprising graphene composite coating powder, organic binder and organic solvent on diamond to prepare diamond seed coated with graphite-metal composite phase coating on surface, sieving coated particles with diameter of 700-800 mu m, removing large particles by heating at 350-500 degrees C for 30-60 minutes in inert gas, filling mold, compacting in mold, and sintering using hot-press sintering furnace. USE - The method is used for synthesis of diamond. ADVANTAGE - The diamond has fine particle size, concentrated nucleation, good color transparency, and complete crystal form.
