NOVELTY - Preparation of composite anode material involves dissolving metal salt and citric acid in deionized water to obtain a uniform transparent solution, adding graphene oxide solution to the obtained transparent solution with continuous stirring to obtain a uniform mixed solution, freezing the mixed solution rapidly, removing the solid by freeze-drying to obtain a sponge-like sample, grinding the sponge sample into a fine powder to obtain a composite powder, and subjecting the composite powder to heat treatment. USE - Preparation of composite anode material for potassium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and produces anode material with high capacity, long service life, and excellent rate performance and stability. The potassium-ion battery comprising composite anode material has ultra long cycle stability with excellent rate performance.
