▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a substrate provided with a culture cavity wall, a graphene film, a source electrode, a leakage electrode and a reference electrode. The substrate is connected with the graphene film by an inner part of the culture cavity wall. The source electrode, a drain electrode and the graphene film are connected with a base plate. The reference electrode is connected with the inner part of the culture cavity wall. The graphene film is formed on an upper part of a silicon dioxide surface layer. A chemical modification is formed with a polylysine and/or laminin layer of a non-covalent bond. USE - Nerve cell electro-physiological signal detecting sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor increases signal-to-noise ratio and space resolution ratio.
