▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Heat-conducting glass comprises a glass carrier layer, a heat-conducting layer, and a heat-preserving layer in order from top to bottom, where the heat-conducting layer comprises graphene microchips, flake silver powder, spherical silver powder, adhesive, organic solvent, curing agent and leveling agent. USE - Heat-conducting glass. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting glass reduces the resistance of the conductive path and improves the conductivity, improves the adhesive force of the heat conducting layer and the glass carrier layer, and makes the glass toughened. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing heat-conducting glass, which involves: (A) washing the glass carrier layer with ethanol and drying it; (B) mixing and stirring the binder, organic solvent, curing agent and leveling agent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a mixed solution; (C) adding graphene flakes, flake silver powder and spherical silver powder to the mixed solution and rolling by a three-roll mill, and defoaming through a centrifugal mixer to obtain conductive slurry; (D) printing the conductive paste on the glass carrier layer by screen printing, and drying and solidifying to form a thermally conductive layer; (E) printing the glass carrier layer with conductive paste, and sintering at high temperature; (F) cooling the glass carrier layer and the heat-conducting layer, connecting the electrode wires on the heat-conducting layer; and (G) covering and fixing the size of the glass carrier layer on the heat-conducting layer equivalent thermal insulation layer to make thermally conductive glass.
