NOVELTY - A graphene composite conductive agent preparing method involves mixing graphene, cationic surfactant and water to obtain a first dispersion solution containing a positively charged graphene, and mixing conductive material, anionic surfactant and water to obtain a second dispersion solution containing a negatively charged conductive material. The first dispersion solution and second dispersion solution is mixed uniformly to obtain mixture. The mixture is dried to obtain the finished product.
