▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cobalt sulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite material involves using cobalt nitrate, thiourea, graphite oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, ethylene glycol and deionized water through simple solvothermal reaction, and drying in vacuum, followed by adding 0.01-1 gram cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, 0.01-0.8 gram thiourea, 0.05-0.6 gram polyvinylpyrrolidone and 1-20 milligram graphite oxide which is dispersed in a mixed solution of 1-60 millilier ethylene glycol and 1-60 milliliter deionized water, and stirring for 2-30 minutes, moving mixed solution to the reaction vessel at 150-220 degrees C, performing solvothermal reaction for 180-1680 minutes, cooling reactor to room temperature. The material is taken out, washed with deionized water and ethanol, dried at 50-90 degrees C, and calcined at 400-950 degrees C under argon for 60-270 minutes to obtain desired product. USE - Method for preparing cobalt sulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite material for improving charge-discharge capability. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare cobalt sulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite material which is simple, cost-effective, and has good electro chemical performance.
