NOVELTY - Manufacturing composite film comprises (1) forming a functional medium layer on substrate; (2) forming a first polymer film layer on the functional medium layer; (3) removing the substrate; and (4) transferring the combination of the first polymer film layer and the functional medium layer to the pre-formed second polymer film layer, where, the second polymer film layer is arranged on side of functional medium layer away from first polymer film layer. USE - The composite film is useful for touch element (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) composite film comprising first polymer film layer, functional medium layer, functional medium layer is disposed on the first polymer film layer, and second polymer film layer, the second polymer film layer is arranged on the side of the functional medium layer away from the first polymer film layer; and (2) Touch element comprising the composite film and touch sensor, the composite film is arranged on the touch sensor, the touch sensor includes a substrate and touch electrode layer provided on the substrate.
