NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide grafted functionalized ZIF-8 lubricating material involves (s1) dissolving zinc salt and 2-methylimidazole into methanol in a molar ratio of 1:8, mixing, stirring, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain ZIF-8 powder, (s2) adding ZIF-8 powder into trisaminomethane buffer solution, after ultrasonically dispersing, adding dopamine hydrochloride, stirring for reaction, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain functionalized ZIF-8, and (s3) crushing the graphene oxide by cell crusher, dispersing the crushed graphene oxide and the functionalized ZIF-8 into a methanol solution in a mass ratio of (0.3-3):1, stirring for reaction, centrifuging, washing and vacuum-drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide grafted functionalized ZIF-8 lubricating material (claimed) used in lubricating oil additive. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, does not need high temperature and high pressure condition, short reaction time and contributes to energy conservation. The material has high efficiency, low abrasion, and is environmentally-friendly.
