NOVELTY - Bamboo fiber and silk shell fabric is prepared by (i) providing 40-60 pts. wt. bamboo pulp fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. dispersant and 8-13 pts. wt. polyamide, 80-90 pts. wt. silk, 20-30 pts. wt. ionized water and 15-25 pts. wt. oxidant, (ii) adding the bamboo fiber raw materials into the mixing equipment, mixing, and storing them, (iii) (1) removing the impurities in the silk in the silk raw material to obtain silk A, (2) placing silk A into the ultrasonic equipment, adding citric acid, tartaric acid and water, turning on the ultrasonic, washing with warm water, and drying to obtain degummed silk B, (3) activating the silk B with an oxidizing agent, filtering, washing to obtain silk C, (iv) placing the obtained silk C into the mixed bamboo fiber raw material and soaking to obtain silk D, (v) cooling the obtained silk D, drying in sections using a dryer and (vi) spinning silk D into yarn, weaving it into fabric after antibacterial treatment. USE - Used as bamboo fiber and silk shell fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: can keep the original ventilation property, perspiration, antibacterial property, and the softness of the silk makes up the rough feel and easy breaking of the bamboo fiber; improves comfort and skin performance; improves the weak point of the true silk which is too soft and has no edition; and improves the controllability and beauty of the typeface of the ready-made clothes.
