▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing chemical sensor, comprises (a) preparing graphene from carbon source by chemical vapor deposition using metal film as catalyst, (b) removing the prepared metal film of graphene, and transferring the obtained product into a flexible polymer substrate, (c) treating surface of the graphene transferred into the flexible polymer substrate with amine group (-NH2) using reforming solution, and (d) supporting the surface of the reformed graphene in an electrolytic plating solution, and introducing flower-shaped palladium by electrolytic plating method. USE - The sensor is useful as substance for detecting hydrogen gas (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity and stability to hydrogen gas.
