NOVELTY - The preparation of few-layer graphene powder involves carrying out electrolytic treatment of graphite to obtain graphite intercalation compound, subjecting graphite intercalation compound to liquid-phase expansion treatment to obtain graphite expansion intermediate, dissociating graphite expansion intermediate and drying. USE - Preparation of few-layer graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of environmentally-friendly and high quality few-layer graphene powder with structural integrity, and achieves mass productivity.
