NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide, involves: under condition that polyphosphoric acid is used as catalyst, reacting functional groups on oxidized graphite alkene solution having carboxyl functional group on graphene oxide layer, with two amino groups by blending process, from aniline molecule having hydroxyl group, and ortho-phenylenediamine molecule, to form into oxazole or imidazole functional group, to prepare organic phase soluble functionalized graphene oxide material. USE - For preparing functionalized graphene oxide (claimed), useful for forming graphite alkenyl composite material that is useful as photo-electric material for forming organic photo-electric components for electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing functionalized graphene oxide has high selectivity, is capable of selectively using graphene oxide layer on carboxyl functional group with good solubility in water or organic solvent that forms upper phase, has simple operation, high efficiency, low pollution, and low cost. The method well makes up limitations of traditional method to prepare functionalized graphene oxide having hydrophobicity and insolubility in organic solvent, by producing functionalized graphene oxide soluble in organic phase, where it can be dissolved in common organic solvent, expands functional groups of material, and provides industrial production of oxidized graphene material. The method further controls photo-electric property of graphene material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide, involves: under condition that polyphosphoric acid is used as catalyst, reacting functional groups on oxidized graphite alkene solution having carboxyl functional group on graphene oxide layer, with two amino groups by blending process, from aniline molecule having hydroxyl group, and ortho-phenylenediamine molecule, to form into oxazole or imidazole functional group, to prepare organic phase soluble functionalized graphene oxide material. The graphene oxide solution is formed in solvent. The functionalized graphene oxide reagent comprises ortho-hydroxy aromatic amine, or aromatic secondary amine compound. The method involves preparing disperse solution of oxidized graphite alkene by adding oxidized graphite solid into solvent, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid; adding aniline or ortho-phenylenediamine into graphene oxide solution, fully mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment, adding polyphosphoric acid, vigorously stirring, placing blended solution under condition of shielding room at temperature for reacting for 5-7 days, filtering, redispersing filter cake in diluted hydrochloric acid solution, again filtering, washing for several times, and drying in vacuum for 1-2 days to obtain functionalized graphene oxide material.
