NOVELTY - Nano lubricating oil modifier comprises 10-15 pts. wt. nano-additive, 13-30 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 13-30 pts. wt. dimethicone, 1-3 pts. wt. nonionic surfactant and 1-3 pts. wt. anticoagulant. The nano-additive is a mixture of nano graphene oxide, nano wollastonite and nano diamond. USE - Used as nano lubricating oil modifier. ADVANTAGE - The modifier: improves anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties of the lubricating oil; fills nano-additives that have not penetrated into the metal surface in the concave-convex part of the friction surface; improves bearing area of friction surface; reduces the friction coefficient; and improves pressure bearing capacity. The device: is provided with processing frame to rotate, lift, pass through the stirring frame and then rotate independently to mix the raw materials from multiple directions and positions; realizes comprehensive and efficient mixing and processing; and ensures that the quality and performance of the finished nano-lubricating oil modifier are uniform and stable.
