NOVELTY - Improving stability of double-stranded DNA involves storing double-stranded DNA in a stabilizer to obtain the desired product. The stabilizer comprises 0.02-0.08 mg / ml polyacetamide nanoparticle having a particle size of 20-200 nm and molecular weight of 1800, 0.02-0.08 mg / ml chitosan nanoparticles with a particle size of 20-200 nm, molecular weight of 7-8 kilo-dalton and 70-75% degree of deacetylation. The 0.05-0.06 mu g / ml oxidized graphene solution of the stabilizer is water. USE - Method for improving stability of double-stranded DNA (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improve the stability of double-stranded DNA under enzymatic conditions. The double-stranded DNA has high stability so it can be stored under complex environment and is good for the development of related research work and industry.
