▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic graphene-based photocatalyst i.e. graphite oxide-iron(II,III) oxide-silica-cadmium sulfide (I), comprises (1) loading silica shell layer on magnetic iron(II,III) oxide to obtain iron(II,III) oxide-silica nanospheres, (2) loading small particles of cadmium sulfide on iron(II,III) oxide-silica nanospheres to obtain iron(II,III) oxide-silica-cadmium sulfide, and (3) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and iron(II,III) oxide-silica-cadmium sulfide in a mixed solution of ethanol-water by hydrothermal method to obtain final product. USE - (I) is useful for degrading phenanthrene and pyrene in wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I) can completely degrade the phenanthrene and pyrene in the wastewater in a short time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing magnetic graphene-based photocatalyst i.e. graphite oxide-iron(II,III) oxide-silica-cadmium sulfide of formula (GO-Fe3O4-SiO2-CdS) (I), comprises (1) loading silica shell layer on magnetic iron(II,III) oxide to obtain iron(II,III) oxide-silica nanospheres, (2) loading small particles of cadmium sulfide on iron(II,III) oxide-silica nanospheres to obtain iron(II,III) oxide-silica-cadmium sulfide, and (3) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and iron(II,III) oxide-silica-cadmium sulfide in a mixed solution of ethanol-water by hydrothermal method to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for magnetic graphene-based photocatalyst prepared by above method.
