▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thermosensitive drug-loaded microorganogel containing graphene quantum dots (GQDs) and core containing ferroferric oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4NPs) comprises dissolving oleic acid-modified iron (II,III) oxide nanoparticles (OA-Fe3O4 NPs) and hydrophobic drug into organogel having heat-sensitive properties to obtain an organic gel phase phase, mixing obtained organic gel phase with aqueous phase containing polythiol protein or polypeptide for ultrasonic irradiation, cooling and separating the reaction solution after the end of the irradiation, and finally obtaining microorganic gel carrying hydrophobic drug and Fe3O4NPs, and (2) placing microorganic gel carrying hydrophobic drug and Fe3O4NPs sequentially in solution containing a cationic polyelectrolyte, a solution containing GQDs, a solution containing cationic polyelectrolyte, and adsorbed in layers, and obtaining a heat-sensitive drug-loaded microorganogel containing GQDs in the shell and Fe3O4NPs in the core. USE - The ferroferric oxide nanoparticles is useful for fluorescent labeling, targeted delivery or temperature controlled release (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ferroferric oxide nanoparticles: improves stability of hydrophobic drug; and realizes targeting transport and control release of the medicine in the medicine carrying micro-organic gel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermosensitive drug-loaded microorganogel containing graphene quantum dots and core containing ferroferric oxide nanoparticles, prepared by above method, the heat-sensitive drug-loading microorganic gel has spherical or ellipsoidal shape, particle diameter is 0.5-3 mu m, and has a shell-core structure, where the shell consists of polythiol or polypeptide crosslinked membrane, a cationic polyelectrolyte and GQDs, the inner core is organogel loaded with a hydrophobic drug and Fe3O4NPs.
