▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The high-rate hybrid supercapacitor has a positive electrode being a porous conductive substrate that is provided with a uniform coating of core-shell copper oxide-cobalt oxide nanocomposite particles distributed on. A negative electrode being a porous conductive substrate is coated with graphene ink. A separator is placed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator each are provided with a portion in contact with the electrolyte. The porous conductive substrate of at least positive and negative electrodes comprises nickel foam. The electrolyte comprises an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide. USE - High-rate hybrid supercapacitor (HSC) used in energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The high-rate hybrid supercapacitor has improved energy density, power density and cycling performance, and exhibits a stable operating voltage window of 1.6 V, energy density of 56.5 W h h kg 1, and cycling stability of 98.8% retention with coulombic efficiency of 98% over 4000 cycles.
