▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material comprises nylon 11, graphene and modified hollow glass microbeads. The modified hollow glass microbeads are hollow glass microbeads modified by a silane coupling agent. USE - The composite material is useful in high-temperature-resistant materials, stealth materials and aerospace materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves the impact strength, flexural strength, flexural modulus and crystallization rate of nylon 11, performs heterogeneous nucleation, and greatly increases the probability of chemical reaction with the nylon 11 matrix material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material, involving (i) sequentially purifying the hollow glass microbeads in an acid liquid and an alkali liquid, mixing with silane coupling agent and modifying to obtain modified hollow glass microbeads, (ii) mixing nylon 11, graphene and modified hollow glass microbeads, and sequentially extruding, granulating and performing injection molding to obtain the product.
