▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Two dimensional titanium dioxide photo-catalytic material comprises nano thin layer structure by stacking nano-lamellar structure and curl at edge positions, where shape is similar to graphene structure, average specific surface area is 360-380 m2/g, and average thickness is 0.6-0.8 nanometer. The two dimensional titanium dioxide photo-catalytic material is prepared by adding liquid titanium tetrachloride in ice water bath, adding ethylene glycol in titanium dioxide precursor solution to hydrolyze titanium tetrachloride completely to form colloid. USE - Two dimensional titanium dioxide photo-catalytic material for photolysis of hydrogen produced in water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two dimensional titanium dioxide photo-catalytic material is simple to operate, has large specific surface area, photo-catalytic activity, low implementing expense, stable structure, short preparation period, high efficiency and economic synthetic method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Two dimensional titanium dioxide photo-catalytic material comprises nano thin layer structure by stacking nano-lamellar structure and curl at edge positions, where shape is similar to graphene structure, average specific surface area is 360-380 m2/g, and average thickness is 0.6-0.8 nanometer. The two dimensional titanium dioxide photo-catalytic material is prepared by adding liquid titanium tetrachloride in ice water bath, adding ethylene glycol in titanium dioxide precursor solution to hydrolyze titanium tetrachloride completely to form colloid. The de-ionized water is added and stirred uniformly to form precursor aqueous solution of titanium dioxide. The titanium dioxide precursor aqueous solution is placed in sealed reaction kettle for hydro-thermal reaction at 130-170 degrees C for not greater than 6 hours, washed and dried to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for photolysis of hydrogen produced in water, which involves dispersing 100 mg photo-catalytic material into solution of 50 ml methanol and 250 ml deionized water to produce hydrogen for photolysis.
