NOVELTY - Brush filaments comprise graphene masterbatch and polypropylene obtained by hot melt drawing. The content of graphene in brush filament is 0.1-1%. The graphene masterbatch comprises 60-88 wt.% polypropylene, 1-20 wt.% graphene powder, 5-10 wt.% toughening agent, 2-5 wt.% antioxidant, 2-10 wt.% coupling agent, and 2-10 wt.% dispersant. USE - Brush filaments. ADVANTAGE - The brush filaments are strong and soft, and have uniform graphene distribution, excellent antibacterial effect, and improved quality.
