NOVELTY - A flexible zinc ion battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte. The positive electrode comprises a flexible current collector, and a positive material comprising manganese-c-metal organic framework based nanomaterial, a binder, and a conductive agent, coated on the flexible current collector. The nanomaterial is obtained by reacting an aqueous solution containing a manganese salt and an organic ligand for 8-12 hours at 60-100 degrees C, solid-liquid separating, drying, and annealing under nitrogen protection at 400-600 degrees C for 1-3 hours. USE - Flexible zinc ion battery for wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The flexible zinc ion battery has high capacity, high voltage, long service life, and controllable shape, and can be prepared on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flexible zinc ion battery, which involves mixing the nanomaterial, binder, and conductive agent, adding a dispersant, mixing to obtain a slurry, coating the slurry on a clean flexible current collector, and drying, using a zinc wire as cathode, a separator, and an electrolyte.
