NOVELTY - The method involves scanning the graphite residue waste material by an electronic scanning microscope. Direction of the graphite sheet layer is determined. Graphite residual waste material that mark with graphite sheet direction is processed into cylinder and hollow cylinder by mechanical cutting. Coarse material-A1 and the coarse material-A2 are axially abutted and fixed on the grinding machine. Pressure of the coarse material-A2 for the coarse material-A1 is set as the fixed value through the adjustable pressure device. Black mixed liquid that initially flows out of the butt joint of the coarse material-A1 and the coarse material-A2 in the grinding process is discharged. Black liquid is filtered through a screen. Graphene grades of the product is obtained by gas drainage. USE - Method for continuous preparation of material for graphene that is applied to battery electrode material. Uses include but not limited to, semiconductor device, transparent display screen, sensor, capacitor and transistor. ADVANTAGE - The method is green and environment-friendly, graphene preparation cost and quality are matched with each other, large-scale commercial application and so on.
