NOVELTY - High heat resistance and impact resistance resin comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 0.1-2 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 20-40 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. weather resistance agent. USE - The resin is useful in grills, columns, rearview mirror and automotive exterior parts. ADVANTAGE - The resin is not deformed under high-temperature thermal baking and thermal storage, and has good transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the resin, comprising (i) placing raw materials into a high speed stirrer, stirring for 5-30 minutes and discharging to obtain mixture, and (ii) extruding and granulating the mixture using a twin-screw extruder, where the temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 180-210 degrees C, the rotation speed of the screw is 180-600 revolutions/minute and the vacuum degree is more than 0.09 MPa.
