▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing foam metal flow field corrosion-resistant coating, comprises (i) foaming metal pretreatment; (ii) performing nickel/tin/ gallium electroplating solution configuration; and (iii) obtaining nickel/tin/ gallium gradient structure coating. The foam metal comprises foam nickel, foam copper, foam titanium, foam aluminum, foam gold and foam magnesium. USE - The method is useful for preparing foam metal flow field corrosion-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing foam nickel corrosion current after electro-deposition, proving that nickel, tin in the gradient current density, graphene co-depositions effectively protects the foam nickel main body structure.
