NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nanotube/graphene/magnetic metal-organic framework (MOF) complex broadband shielded cable comprises uniformly dispersing carbon nanotube powder in a mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, heating in water bath, pre- treating carbon nano tube powder, uniformly dispersing the pretreated carbon nano tube in water to obtain an aqueous dispersion of carbon nanotube, mixing magnetic metal MOF powder, carbon nano tube aqueous dispersion and graphene oxide dispersion to obtain spinning dispersion, subjecting the mixed dispersion to electro spinning, wet spinning or fiber coating treatment to obtain carbon nanotube/graphene/magnetic MOF complex fiber, carrying out high-temperature carbonization of complex fiber, wrapping the fiber fabric obtained by weaving the high-temperature carbonized complex fiber on the outside of the wire to prepare a wide-screen shielded cable. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon nanotube/graphene/magnetic metal-organic framework complex broadband shielded cable. ADVANTAGE - The cable: has good mechanical strength, flexibility, chemical stability, large-scale production capacity and electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon nanotube/graphene/magnetic metal-organic framework complex broadband shielded cable comprises uniformly dispersing the carbon nanotube powder in a mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, heating in a water bath, pre-treating the carbon nano tube powder, where the concentration of the hydrochloric acid solution being 4-7 mol/l, the volume ratio of hydrochloric acid solution and hydrogen peroxide is 0.5-4:1-6, the temperature of water-bath heating is 55-80℃ and the time of water-bath heating is 3-5 hours, uniformly dispersing the pretreated carbon nano tube in water to obtain an aqueous dispersion of carbon nanotubes, mixing the magnetic metal MOF powder, the carbon nano tube aqueous dispersion and the graphene oxide dispersion in a mass ratio of 0.1-5:2-55:2-55 to obtain a spinning dispersion, where the mass percentage of carbon nano tubes in the carbon nano tube aqueous dispersion is 0.5-10 wt.%, the mass percentage of graphene oxide in the graphene oxide dispersion is 0.5-10 wt.%, the magnetic metal MOF comprises monometallic MOF, bimetallic MOF or trimetallic MOF in iron, cobalt and nickel, subjecting the mixed dispersion to electro spinning, wet spinning or fiber coating treatment to obtain carbon nanotube/graphene/magnetic MOF complex fiber, carrying out high-temperature carbonization of complex fiber, wrapping the fiber fabric obtained by weaving the high-temperature carbonized complex fiber on the outside of the wire to prepare a wide-screen shielded cable. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a carbon nanotube/graphene/magnetic MOF complex broadband shielded cable, which is prepared by above method.
